We review the project type, location, approximate area and notes you entered. If another detail is needed, we will ask.

We prepare your preliminary estimate
The estimate shows the tile work and price included. If one essential detail is missing, we will ask for it.

You approve and book
When you are ready to proceed, approve the estimate and we will arrange an installation date.

We confirm the final details
After booking, we confirm the layout, grout, edges and other installation details before work begins.

Do I need to choose tile before contacting Mallet Tile?
No. If you have chosen the tile, send the size or product link. If not, you can still request an estimate and confirm the material after booking.
Can I send photos from my phone?
Yes. Email your project photos to office@mallettile.ca. Include wide room views and closer photos of the existing surface and relevant details. The project form does not accept photo attachments.
What if another trade is involved?
Mention any connected work you already know about. Your estimate will show the tile work included, and we will identify anything that needs an appropriate licensed trade.
Is the calculator estimate a final price?
No. The calculator emails a preliminary estimate based on your answers. A detailed project estimate follows our review of your measurements, selected tile and installation requirements.
Prefer to call or email?
Tell us what you'd like tiled, your city, the approximate area and timing. Include the tile size if you know it. We'll ask if we need anything else for your preliminary estimate.
