Send wide photos of the full room, close views of the receiving surface and transitions, plus approximate dimensions for each tiled area.

Mention demolition, plumbing, electrical, framing, cabinetry, glazing or other work so those responsibilities can be separated.

Do I need to choose tile before contacting Mallet Tile?
No. Say whether the material is selected and share any options you are considering. Tile size, thickness and pattern affect the installation, so final material details will still be needed before the scope is complete.
Can I send photos from my phone?
Yes. Include wide room views and closer photos of the existing surface, doorways, drains, niches, corners and transitions that may affect the work.
What if another trade is involved?
Mention plumbing, electrical, structural, cabinetry, glazing or other connected work. Those responsibilities should be separated from the tile installation scope.
Is the on-screen calculator a final price?
No. It is an early planning range. The written estimate uses the actual project details and records assumptions or conditions that still need confirmation.
