  • Room dimensions, square footage, tile material selections (porcelain, ceramic, natural stone), and scope descriptions.
  • Client-submitted photographs of bathrooms, showers, floors, fireplaces, or backsplashes used exclusively for trade estimation and site prep evaluation.

Technical & Analytics Data

  • Aggregated, non-identifying technical data including browser type, operating system, device screen dimensions, and referring URLs to optimize website performance and user experience.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is utilized solely for legitimate business operations related to your tile installation project:

We do not use your information for automated profiling, third-party behavioral ad tracking, or unsolicited marketing campaigns.

Strict No-Sale Policy: Mallet Tile has never sold, rented, leased, or monetized client personal information, and we will never do so.

We share personal information only under limited, necessary operational circumstances:

  • Material Suppliers & Delivery Logistics: Providing delivery addresses to local tile distributors only when direct-to-site freight delivery is explicitly authorized for your project.

Completed project files, trade specifications, and warranty records are retained to honor our Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee. General estimate inquiries that do not proceed to installation are securely archived and purged in accordance with our routine data retention schedule.

Under Canadian privacy law, you have the right to access, verify, and request corrections to your personal information held by Mallet Tile. You may also request the deletion of non-essential records or withdraw consent for non-statutory communications.
